We have introduced the best hygiene management system in our farms.
In 2012, our Sapporo farm obtained HACCP certification from Japan Livestock Industry Association. Following Sapporo farm, our Kitami, Tokachi, Noboribetsu and Chitose farm obtained the same certifications.
HACCP, which stands for the hazard analysis and critical control point, is used to identify and analyze all hazards that are likely to occur in all stages of food production.
It is a system to ensure the safety of products by setting the sections, procedures and operations where hazards can be prevented or eliminated through proper management, managing them on a daily basis and
constantly monitoring the compliance status.
